How long does it take to receive my order?

Processing time for all orders is 2-4 weeks. All of my orders are processed in the order they are received. 

Do you accept last minute  orders?

Yes, I accept rush orders. Please keep in mind there is an additional fee that will be added and is determined based on your overall orders. The minimum fee is $20. Please email us!

What are the care instructions for your custom clothes?

For best results, maintain your custom creation by washing the garment inside-out in cold water, preferably on the gentle cycle or hand wash. Hang garment to dry or lay flat. Dryer may be used. Iron may be used if needed.

How can I order something I saw on your Instagram?

I freehand all of my work. If there's something you see please send me a screenshot with your details and I can recreate it. Please note everything is handmade therefore no two items will be identical. 

Do you do group deals?

Yes, I do group t-shirt deals if you order atleast 10 and party decoration packages. You can always tell me exactly what you want and your budget and I'll let you know what I can do for that price. Feel free to email us.

How can i track my order?

A tracking number will be sent when your order ships. Please track this using usps.com website. Please note once your package is handed over to USPS it is out of our possession and we are no longer responsible for it. There can be no changes to your address once your order ships

Do you accept returns and cancellations?

No, we don't accept refunds or cancellations. Everything is hand made for you. From the moment your order is placed supplies are being ordered to make sure you have the best creation.
